Appointments are short, and it's hard to remember what to say

When did it start? What medicine are you taking? What did the doctor say last time? Your records are scattered across chats, notes, and photos of pills, and you only piece them together once you're sitting in the exam room. Then you walk out and remember what you meant to ask.

A phone call that ends with “I'm fine”

We thought it was just a cold, but it turned out to be a stomach infection that dragged on for a long time.
This is the story of a son/daughter who couldn't go to the hospital together because of late shifts three days a week.
  • The worry on every day you can't go along · You don't know what symptoms started or when, or what to ask the doctor, so all you can do is worry.

We listened at the hospital and built it into the design

Our founder is an IT development PM with experience in product development, government R&D, overseas PoCs, and exhibiting at CES 2026.

  1. 500+ survey responses

We gathered stories from patients and families about preparing for visits.

  2. 7 interviews · 2 doctors

We spoke with nursing staff and with doctors from primary and secondary hospitals, and heard that it was useful at Cheongdam ENT Clinic and Asan Medical Center.

  3. Feedback applied

Built Hi-Fi screens reflecting feedback on paper reports, first-visit summaries, large text, and a monotone look, and now preparing MVP validation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does 진료한장 diagnose illnesses?

No, 진료한장 doesn't diagnose or prescribe. It helps you easily organize in advance the symptoms, medications, and questions your parents need to share at the hospital.

Do my parents have to use it themselves?

Your parents can speak for themselves, or their son or daughter can enter information for them or review it together. Just choose whichever way is most comfortable.

Is it okay to enter my parents' health information?

In the current demo at carebrief.co.kr, what you enter isn't saved on a server. Reports and AI summaries are processed inside your browser, and refreshing the page clears what you entered. How the launched service stores and shares data will be designed around legal review and test results, so that personal and health information is managed safely.

When can I use the service?

You can try the demo now at carebrief.co.kr. For the full service, we'll listen to the real struggles and experiences of adult children who look after their parents' care, take beta testers' feedback fully into account, and then decide on the essential features and launch timing.

Do I need to enter my parents' diagnoses or detailed health information?

You don't need to enter specific diagnoses or medical records when applying to be a beta tester. We only ask briefly how often your parents visit the hospital and how you currently help with their care.

If I apply, do I have to take part in the beta test?

No, there's no pressure. Once you apply, we'll send you the schedule and how to take part first, so take your time to review and decide whenever you're comfortable.

Is there a fee to use the service?

We're in the beta test stage, checking whether the service is truly needed and how to make it comfortable to use, so pricing and payment methods for the full service haven't been decided yet. The current demo and beta tester sign-up are free, and no payment is taken.

Can I use it if I don't live with my parents?

Yes, absolutely. We're building it with adult children in mind first, those who live apart from their parents and anxiously keep up with their care by phone or KakaoTalk.
